The idealcandidate should have strong communication skills,a proven track record in sales closing,and experience in handling B2B/B2C sales inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convertleads into customers. Develop strong relationships with clients and provide customized product solutions.Conduct follow-ups on potential leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals. Ensure smooth coordination with the operations and technical teams for order fulfillment. Maintain and update the sales database, CRM records, and customer interactions.Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to enhance sales.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 3 year of experience in sales closing (Home Automation or similar productbackground preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.Experience in handling B2B/B2C sales and working with CRM tools.
