The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a delightful caf experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance of equipment Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for customers Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and caf premises Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment Handle billing and cash transactions (if required) Support team members during busy hours and ensure smooth operations Requirements:Minimum 10th / 12th Pass Prior experience in a caf or F&B industry preferred (Freshers can apply) Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
