Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join Souffle Gourmet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a delightful café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes

Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance of equipment

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages

Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service

Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for customers

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and café premises

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

Handle billing and cash transactions (if required)

Support team members during busy hours and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

Prior experience in a café or F&B industry preferred (Freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
