Is responsible for conducting the operational duties:Database/CRM managementError free Data seeding & bifurcationsInventory & stock managementFollowing basic protocols & guidelines suggested by the HO.To be in sync with the vision and long-term, short-term plans of the Organisation.To work in coordination with the Reporting manager of the concerned as well as parallel departments.Must be responsible for the after sales services which includes collection of pending fees, ID checking & other necessary guidelines suggested by the management.Taking care of the preparations of the Events, Seminars, PTMs and floor coordination on the event day.Must ensure to be highly active on the floor at the branch as well as at the events.Must ensure a smooth passage for the visiting clients and must reduce the waiting periods.Must attend training sessions and meetings led by department heads and managers.Should keep oneself updated with the product knowledge and regular updations of the same is mandatoryShould coordinate with exam boards (IDP, Pearson etc) and should make regular updations through self studies.Should be in charge of Mock Test/ Reality Test preparation and declaration of the result in the given time period.Is also accountable for candidate record and database management for the Reality Test and other events.Attending meetings (physical & virtual) as required and being an active and supportive member of the company.Must be available for flexible working hours.Must be extremely polite with the clients & subordinates.Travelling to other venues for the events including but not limited to Reality Tests, Seminars, and Workshops.Responsible for compiling your own daily report and emailing the concerned Head of Department, Manager and CEO and MD on a daily basis.It is imperative to share the company's official update i.e. Seminar, Reality Tests, Expo, etc. on your personal social media as the success
