Job Responsibilities:1. Provide detailed information about the courses offered by the institute.2. Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively.3. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally.4. Maintain an organized database of inquiries received, including walk-ins.5. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.6. Conduct daily follow-ups on inquiries to maximize conversions.7. Assist and guide candidates, both telephonically and in person, during their inquiries.8. Offer career counselling to help students make informed decisions and enroll in the institute.9. Work towards achieving monthly enrolment targets.
