We are on urgent basis for Order Processing - Mahape location.Experience: 3+ Years.Notice Period: Immediate (preferred Female candidates)Receive and enter customers into the system.Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.After receipt of all relevant documents, process further for order processing.Check all the PO before processing & mail to the concerned person regarding requirement of supporting documents and discrepancies, if any.Provide customer service and support throughout the order process.Track and report on order status to customers and management.Manage Inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to fulfill orders.Resolve any issues or problems that arise with orders.Maintaining accurate record of customer orders and shipping details.Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.Preparing Agreements & other documents to process the POTo Up-load all the orders in ZOHO for updating ZOHO Book. Keeping check on the ZOHO book for updating orders.Follow up for OA.Follow up for Pro-forma from vendor; send mail to accounts for further processing of payment.Follow up for shipment.Follow up for dispatches with logistics and inform engineers for installation.Follow up for payments, sending hard copy of Invoice & Dc through courier to customersContact Person- Deepak - 7757087059 ID - deepak.vijayamgmt@gmail.com

(depending on the interview. )* Job Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. * Job Profile : 1. Coordinate with the shipping line for DO collection.2. Prepare documents for D/O, PORT file & office file3. Coordinate with CFS for container status & CFS Charges.4. Timely arrangement of Vehicles & Containers for stuffing of Shipments5. Preparation of Pre shipment documents (Invoice, packing list, AWB) , post shipment documents6. Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments,7. Shipment status track with Ice-gate8. Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.9. DGFT and banking work.
