Assess the needs and preferences of the caller to determine their level of interest and potential as a qualified lead. Set up appointments for interested clients to visit properties or in the office or meet with sales agents. Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads who require more time or information before making a decision. Record and update client information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless information flow and a smooth transition from inquiry to sale. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead progress.
