Roles & Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to leads and potential clients from provided lists or databases
- Handle incoming calls from clients seeking information about our properties, services, and processes.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, amenities, financing options, and any other relevant details.
- Assess the needs and preferences of the caller to determine their level of interest and potential as a qualified lead.
- Set up appointments for interested clients to visit properties or in the office or meet with sales agents.
- Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads who require more time or information before making a decision.
- Record and update client information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless information flow and a smooth transition from inquiry to sale.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead progress.
