�� provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, amenities, financing options, and any other relevant details.
�� assess the needs and preferences of the caller to determine their level of interest and potential as a qualified lead.
�� set up appointments for interested clients to visit properties or in the office or meet with sales agents.
�� maintain a follow-up schedule for leads who require more time or information before making a decision.
�� record and update client information, inquiries, and interactions in the crm system.
�� collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless information flow and a smooth transition from inquiry to sale.
�� meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead progress.
