We are looking for an Export Import Executive to join our team in South Extension. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in managing international trade operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment and contribute effectively to our logistics and supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork for exports and imports, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Coordinate shipments: Work with shipping companies to arrange the timely transportation of goods, maintaining clear communication to track shipment status.- Liaise with customs: Interface with customs officials to ensure the smooth clearance of goods and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of all transactions, shipping details, and communication with vendors and customs, which is crucial for audits and operational efficiency.- Monitor market trends: Stay informed about changes in international trade laws and market conditions that could impact operations.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
