Opening For Export Import Executive

We are looking for an experienced Export Import Executive to manage our international trade operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth logistics and compliance in the movement of goods across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Documentation Management**: Prepare and verify necessary shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and export licenses, to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements.

2. **Customs Clearance**: Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate the timely clearance of goods, ensuring compliance with both export and import regulations.

3. **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate shipping schedules, track shipments, and communicate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

4. **Commission & Negotiation**: Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate rates with shipping and freight companies to optimize costs.

5. **Regulatory Compliance**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on international trade laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the export and import process.

6. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and communications for reporting and audit purposes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in export and import operations. A graduate degree is necessary. You must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial for successful coordination with various stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to logistics and documentation is also required.
