• Manage complete export & import documentation and processes

• Handle shipping, freight forwarders, customs & logistics

• Coordinate with international suppliers and customers

• Prepare/verify LC, invoice, packing list, BL and other trade documents

• Handle banking & compliance related to international trade

• Coordinate smoothly with suppliers, buyers and internal teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant Export-Import experience

• Strong knowledge of international trade & documentation

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience with international shipments and banking procedures preferred
