job summary
the import/export executive will provide support to the import/export administrator and
assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations
in compliance with customs and government regulations.
duties/ responsibilities:
• main role is for international business communication in-house sales and
marketing
• prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and
export steps and procedures.
• reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, and storage
charges and customs fees are billed correctly.
• maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
• processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
performs other duties as assigned
• handle areas of global business such as sales, logistics, and compliance
• manage the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and or ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country
• manage the sales and promotion of their company's goods abroad
required skills/abilities
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• knowledge of shipping regulations and policies can be acquired in excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.
• proficient with microsoft office suite or related software, goods handling on social media and other
networking site.

• important point to remember minimum 3 to 6 month internship, then final
placement and ctc would be done on the basis of performance.
