Export Merchandiser || Freshers & Experienced

As an Export Merchandiser, you will be an important part of our international trading team, helping to promote and sell products to clients overseas. You will work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure that all merchandise is produced and delivered efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Product Sourcing:** Identify and engage suppliers to obtain products that meet quality and pricing standards. This involves researching suppliers and negotiating terms.

- **Order Management:** Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring that all details are correct and timelines are met.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain all necessary export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions to comply with international trade regulations.

- **Communication:** Serve as the main point of contact between clients and suppliers, addressing any queries and providing updates on order status.

- **Market Research:** Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support product selection and pricing strategies.

- **Quality Control:** Ensure that all products meet the standards and expectations of clients prior to shipment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (.) or Commerce (). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively interact with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A basic understanding of the export process and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment are also important. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to analyze data and generate reports.
