we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an

import-export executive with a focus on sales and marketing. this role

requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of import-

export procedures, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships

with clients and suppliers. the ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-

oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

key responsibilities:

import-export operations:

o coordinate and manage the import-export process, including

documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and logistics.

o ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for

international trade.

o monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve

any issues that may arise.

o collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-

party service providers to optimize the transportation and distribution

process.

sales and marketing:

o develop and implement strategies to promote import-export services

and expand the customer base.

o identify potential clients and markets for import-export opportunities.

import-export transactions or demonstrated success in core sales and

marketing roles.

o strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs

procedures, and shipping logistics.

o excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under

pressure.

o proficiency in ms office suite and experience with import-export

software is a plus.

o fluency in additional languages is desirable but not required.
