We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers.The Fulfillment and CustomerTHE KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Incs service standardsStay abreast of departmental updatesAssist customers and experts with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses through a variety of platforms (including over the phone and through email)Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutionsEffective communication with co-workersTHE MUST-HAVESHigh speed internet access, a quiet workstationAbility to work in either:US hours : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST UK hours : 12.30 pm to 9:30 pm ISTMust be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAn infectiously positive demeanorThe ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hatsFew employees may be asked to work on Saturday & Sunday. In such cases, employees will have Wednesday and Thursday as days off
