THE ROLE

Here at Talent Inc., our business is growing very fast, and with that, we need the manpower to back it up! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers. 

The Fulfillment and Customer

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Incs service standards

Stay abreast of departmental updates

Assist customers and experts with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses through a variety of platforms (including over the phone and through email)

Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutions 

Effective communication with co-workers

THE MUST-HAVES

High speed internet access, a quiet workstation

Ability to work in either:

US hours : pm to am IST

UK hours : pm to 9:30 pm IST

Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve   matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs 

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

An infectiously positive demeanor

The ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hats 

Few employees may be asked to work on Saturday & Sunday. In such cases, employees will have Wednesday and Thursday as days off

Experience : 2 - 5 Years
