Role & responsibilities :Conduct telecalling to promote company services and products to prospective clients.Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and close sales deals.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and follow-ups using Microsoft Excel.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and market insights.
