We are hiring Chef/Commis 1 for our multi location kitchens. Person should be responsible, reliable, hard working. Should have excellent understanding of Chinese dishes, Momos. Person should be responsible for food safety and hygiene.

Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, using both basic and advanced cooking techniques.Assisting senior chefs in menu planning and recipe development.Supervising and training junior kitchen staff, as required.Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Assisting in the development and implementation of new dishes and menu items.Participating in kitchen meetings and providing input on kitchen operations and improvement opportunities.
