Shape Your Role in Our Story As a Commis Chef at TEHPL, you play a crucial role in maintaining culinary excellence and upholding our standards of quality and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Support the executive chef, sous chef, line chefs as well as other kitchen employees in food production Assist kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards for function clients as well as delegates. Adhere to all recipes, methods and instructions from the Head / Chef De Partie/ Demi Chef De Partie. Assist the chefs in the production of different foods for example vegetables, meats and pastries. Assist the chef in ensuring that food is prepared and served to the clients on time. Assist the chef in ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen. Assist the chef in making requisitions for food. Who We Are Looking For: Passion for Culinary Arts: Demonstrated enthusiasm for cooking and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
