Here your roles and responsibilities are you no need to sell life insurance policies directly to the customers instead of that you have to recruit agents these agents will be directly meeting the customers and selling life insurance policies to the customers So you have to handle those agents and you have to bring business to the company.These agents will be working for commission basis if they sell any insurance policiesmeans they will be getting some percentage of commission from the company. But you will be company direct employee you will be getting fixed salary package + incentives you will be having.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target. Provided support to insurance sales financial department and handled additional duties and responsibilities as required RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same Meet Business Targets Improve agent productivity & retention Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrenderLife insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.

- Drive sales leads- Network with the existing dealers and get timely orders from them- Visit the APMC market for sales generation- Travel to other regions for sales.

must have experience in handling 6-10 BDEs under him, in neighbouring districts. He should have worked at least for 5+ years with a distributor along with good sales
