The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in career guidance and possess strong communication skills to assist individuals in making informed career choices.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Career Assessments: Evaluate clients' interests, skills, and values through assessments to help them identify suitable career paths.- Provide Career Guidance: Offer personalized advice to clients on educational opportunities, job search strategies, and career planning based on their strengths and aspirations.- Develop Career Resources: Create and maintain resources such as brochures and online content that provide information on various careers, educational qualifications, and job market trends.- Engage with Educational Institutions: Build relationships with schools, colleges, and training organizations to promote career counseling services and stay updated on available programs.- Host Workshops and Seminars: Organize and facilitate career workshops and seminars to educate clients on resume writing, interview techniques, and job searching.- Follow-Up with Clients: Regularly check in with clients to assess their progress and make adjustments to their career plans as needed.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
