We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female Career Counselor to join our team in Ghatkopar. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in career guidance and possess strong communication skills to assist individuals in making informed career choices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Career Assessments: Evaluate clients' interests, skills, and values through assessments to help them identify suitable career paths.

- Provide Career Guidance: Offer personalized advice to clients on educational opportunities, job search strategies, and career planning based on their strengths and aspirations.

- Develop Career Resources: Create and maintain resources such as brochures and online content that provide information on various careers, educational qualifications, and job market trends.

- Engage with Educational Institutions: Build relationships with schools, colleges, and training organizations to promote career counseling services and stay updated on available programs.

- Host Workshops and Seminars: Organize and facilitate career workshops and seminars to educate clients on resume writing, interview techniques, and job searching.

- Follow-Up with Clients: Regularly check in with clients to assess their progress and make adjustments to their career plans as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. A background in psychology or human resources is a plus. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple clients and resources. The candidate should also be empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed in their careers.
