As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our academy's educational programs and services to parents and guardiansResponsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective parents to introduce them to our academy and its offerings. Provide detailed information about our curriculum, facilities, and educational philosophy. Answer inquiries regarding admission procedures, fees, and other relevant information. Schedule appointments for interested parents to visit the academy and meet with our counsellors. Follow up with prospective parents via phone calls or emails to encourage enrollment. Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and update the CRM system. Achieve monthly enrolment targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role. Knowledge or interest in education and child development. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
