Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team at Our Academy. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our academy's educational programs and services to parents and guardians

Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to prospective parents to introduce them to our academy and its offerings.

€¢ Provide detailed information about our curriculum, facilities, and educational philosophy.

€¢ Answer inquiries regarding admission procedures, fees, and other relevant information.

€¢ Schedule appointments for interested parents to visit the academy and meet with our counsellors.

€¢ Follow up with prospective parents via phone calls or emails to encourage enrollment.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and update the CRM system.

€¢ Achieve monthly enrolment targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

€¢ Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.

€¢ Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

€¢ Knowledge or interest in education and child development.

€¢ Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

€¢ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

€¢ Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in education, communications, or related fields is a plus.
