ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive. Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and find gaps in the customers lives wherein thecompanys services fit. Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills suchas listening, empathy and problem-solving. Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketingexecutive. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES (Tele Caller)The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be :1- Cold Calling/ Lead Generation/Tele Calling/ Outbound Calls2-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
