Qualification & Experience: Min. Graduate. 1 + Years experience in Business Development, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, FMG & Deposit Vertical. Retired Govt. Officers from Finance sector, Previous Employment with LIC or Sahara India would be preferred. If Fresher, then candidate should have sound knowledge of sales and have the ability to sell various financial products.Skills & Role : Require Hardcore person in sales who can maintain and create new Business Development proposals for existing and new member (Clients). Focus on existing advisors and client retention, and must engage new advisors. Generate sales leads through advisors by upselling & cross selling of various schemes & products. Branch development through social networking skills is must. Familiarity with software and computer skills is must.
