qualification & experience:

• min. graduate.

• 1 + years’ experience in business development, insurance, sales, marketing, fmg & deposit vertical.

• retired govt. officers from finance sector, previous employment with lic or sahara india would be preferred.

• if fresher, then candidate should have sound knowledge of sales and have the ability to sell various financial products.

skills & role :

• require hardcore person in sales who can maintain and create new business development proposals for existing and new member (clients).

• focus on existing advisors and client retention, and must engage new advisors.

• generate sales leads through advisors by upselling & cross selling of various schemes & products.

• branch development through social networking skills is must.

• familiarity with software and computer skills is must.
