Qualification & Experience:
• Min. Graduate.
• 1 + Years’ experience in Business Development, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, FMG & Deposit Vertical.
• Retired Govt. Officers from Finance sector, Previous Employment with LIC or Sahara India would be preferred.
• If Fresher, then candidate should have sound knowledge of sales and have the ability to sell various financial products.
Skills & Role :
• Require Hardcore person in sales who can maintain and create new Business Development proposals for existing and new member (Clients).
• Focus on existing advisors and client retention, and must engage new advisors.
• Generate sales leads through advisors by upselling & cross selling of various schemes & products.
• Branch development through social networking skills is must.
• Familiarity with software and computer skills is must.
