-Baking / Layering/ Decorating fancy cakes with buttercream and fondant . -Should know how to produce and finish French Entrement / glazing / velvet spray technique.-Be able to create Chocolate Decorations and know how to Temper chocolate.-Be able to understand orders and take responsibility and complete in one go.-Required minimum of 2 year work experience in pastry section.
