Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager Sales (Telecom/ISP) supports the Sales Manager in driving subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for broadband, leased line, enterprise connectivity, and related telecom services. The role involves managing field and channel sales teams, supporting key accounts, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Assist in developing and executing sales plans for broadband, fiber, leased line, and other ISP services2. Support and supervise field sales, channel partners, and direct sales teams3. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field2. 36 years of experience in telecom / ISP / broadband sales3. Experience in B2B, B2C, or enterprise connectivity sales preferred4. Strong understanding of ISP products such as FTTH, leased lines, MPLS, cloud connectivity, and bandwidth solutions5.
