Role Objective:-
The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized Sales and Customer Service professional to head the team managing resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers through inside sales & cold calling methods, and in the process provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth for the business unit.
Role Responsibilities:-
Planned and ad hoc sourcing as per RFQs, Reseller and KAM team requirements.
Alignment with brands for long term sourcing strategy.
Ensuring price competitiveness of products sourced.
Understand the needs of customers to make real time strategy updates.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
