The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of his unit
The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team
Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate Sales ecosystem
This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification
Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes
Responsible for increasing the market share, motivating, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders
Desirable control span of 150-200 personnel
Anyone from sales background can apply

Good Communication Skills
