1- Candidates having on field sales experience or MBA[ Marketing] Freshers will be preferable.2- Candidates must possess knowledge of Home Loan (No lead will be provided, only field sales job).3- Candidates must be Graduate from any stream. 4- Candidates must be ready to travel within the city and outskirt area of the city as and when required.5- Candidates must be presentable and should be well groomed before coming for an interview.6- Candidates must be from the local area only and should be aware about the profile they are being interviewed for. 7- Candidates must have two wheelers.

JD 1. Managing the existing agents and Recruitment of the New agents 2. Planing and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents 3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation4. Training and agent life cycle management 5. Brand development by conducting road shows 6. Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction 7. Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM* Key relationship/ customers* External Customers - IMDs (Life Insurance, Health company, Mutual funds) Housing socities and retail customers * Internal Customers - Sales Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, HC Team, Underwriting Team, Claims Team
