Prepare and submit candidate packets in VMS platforms (Fieldglass, ShiftWise, Aya, VMS-specific systems). Track candidate progress and provide updates to clients and hiring leaders.5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume roles. Achieve targets for submissions, interviews, offers, and starts.
