Follow up with leads and customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns. Achieve daily or weekly call targets and follow-up goals.Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi (not mandatory in English). Basic knowledge of customer handling and tele-calling. Ability to handle cold calling and customer objections confidently. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools or Excel.
