Job Overview

We are looking for a TeleCRM Customer Executive who will be responsible for handling customer

communication through calls and managing customer data through the CRM system. The candidate will

support the sales and customer service process by responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships

with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Make cold calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.

 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

 Respond to customer queries and incoming inquiries in a timely manner.

 Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in the CRM system.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve engagement.

 Follow up with leads and customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

 Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.

 Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

 Achieve daily or weekly call targets and follow-up goals.

Required Skills

 Good communication skills in Hindi (not mandatory in English).

 Basic knowledge of customer handling and tele-calling.

 Ability to handle cold calling and customer objections confidently.

 Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools or Excel.

 Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.
