Hiring Telesales Executive For Ajmer Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team in Ajmer. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products or services. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Outbound Calls:** You will reach out to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services and creating interest in what we offer.

- **Providing Product Information:** You will explain features and benefits to customers, answering any questions they might have to help them make informed decisions.

- **Achieving Sales Targets:** You will focus on meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.

- **Maintaining Customer Records:** You will keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our database system.

- **Following Up with Leads:** You will follow up on previous inquiries and leads to encourage purchasing decisions and maintain customer interest.

- **Collaborating with the Sales Team:** You will work closely with other team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. A positive attitude and strong persuasion skills are essential for building rapport and encouraging sales. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle objections calmly. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and record-keeping.
