Important: This is NOT a sales process. Your role will focus on recruiting candidates, screening, and supporting onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Make 100-200 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates. Explain job opportunities and guide candidates through the onboarding process. Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal recruitment team. Achieve daily recruitment goals. Maintain accurate candidate records and reports. Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Graduate or Undergraduate. Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage). Comfortable with target-based outbound calling. Compensation: Probation Period: 2 Months Stipend During Probation: 8,000 (In-Hand) per month After Successful Completion of Probation: 10,000-15,000 (In-Hand) per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Sales Generation: Contribute to sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of products/services. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases. Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow company scripts and procedures while interacting with customers. Meeting Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and services, pricing, and promotions. Problem Solving: Address customer issues and complaints effectively. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
