Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer queries in a timely manner. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Track and analyze customer interactions and data to improve sales and service. Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and trends. Customer Service: Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Build strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and repeat business.Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or CRM roles (experience in tech/hardware industry preferred). Good understanding of computer hardware and PC components is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
