Key Responsibilities:---- Manage incoming calls in a professional manner.---- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.---- Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.---- Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.---- Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.---- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Person will be responsible for finding leads using online resources and calling them to sell subscriptions to our software. Must be comfortable with Gujrati, Hindi and English depending on customer's preference. Must maintain the data of all leads, calling, follow up status etc. Must be patient and polite while talking on phone Must be comfortable writing short emails when needed

Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Sharvaya Infotechs products and services.Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.Maintain a database of potential clients and update it with new information regularly.Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports and assisting with follow-up activities.Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales.Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients.Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for improvement.Requirements:Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar customer service or sales role.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.Good organizational and time management skills.Basic knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon,and timely submissions are made. Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on the clients process. Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations. Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
