consultants.
Source and screen potential candidates for contract/ permanent openings.
Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon,
and timely submissions are made.
Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions.
Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on the clients process.
Negotiate compensation, communicate offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and
solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations.
Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording
different stages in the recruitment process.
