Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Sharvaya Infotechs products and services.
Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
Maintain a database of potential clients and update it with new information regularly.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports and assisting with follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar customer service or sales role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
