We are providing an opportunity for 6 candidates of GREATER NOIDA for the role HR Recruiter for our Head Office in Greater Noida, Alpha 1, who will be:Handling end to end Recruitment.Handling full life-cycle recruitment activities which includes: Posting Positions, Pre-Screening & Interviewing candidates over the phone, Interview arrangements & Closing.Candidate must have strong experience with high volume recruitment in Greenfield & brownfield projects. Possess a strong sense of Urgency & Flexibility. Working with Recruitment, Selection of candidates, Offers, Salary negotiations, Interview techniques. Discuss the core of the Job Description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job. Preparing daily and weekly Recruitment Reports, Meetings and Conference calls. Pre-interview preparation and Post-Interview follow-up.Understanding of client's requirements. . Regular interaction with the clientsFollow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Maintain the candidate's database of various levels.. Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations. Essential Conditions: Candidate must be from Greater Noida.
