Monitoring leaves of employees, informing employees about leave status, deductions, etc HR POLICY (annual) : Updating / Altering HR policies, if required INDUCTION of NEW JOINEES : Intro mail to all employees informing them of new joinees, Making sure they get an email id and a copy of the HR policy (laptops and cards are admin jobs) and are familiarized with the culture and policies SALARY HIKES : drafting the bonus and increment letters in January of each year EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT: undertake activities to boost employee morale, including suggesting EVP options, etc Salary : competitive with industry standards This is a full-time position at the Delhi office.
