This role involves working closely with the Mall Marketing Head and Managers to execute marketing strategies, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure effective on-ground implementation of events and activities.Key Responsibilities:On-Ground Activation:Plan and execute community engagement activities such as society activation, school tie-ups, and local community events to increase footfall and brand presence.Event Coordination:Assist in organizing and managing mall events and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with the marketing calendar.Social Media Coordination:Liaise with social media agencies for campaign planning, execution, content alignment, and timely delivery of creatives.Vendor Management:Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth logistics and timely execution of events and activation.Reporting & Feedback:Collect feedback from activities and assist in preparing basic reports for management review.Desired Candidate Profile:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsEnergetic, proactive, and willing to work on-groundAbility to multitask and coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersBasic understanding of social media platforms and event promotionsWell-organized with good time management skillsComfortable with field work and weekend activities (as required)
