About the Role

Star Publicity is looking for experienced Senior Business Development Executives with a strong background in Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Media Sales.

The role involves independently generating leads, meeting clients, pitching outdoor advertising solutions, and closing business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and outbound calling.

Meet potential clients and decision-makers in person.

Pitch Hoardings, Unipoles, LED Displays, Bus Advertising, Billboards, and other OOH solutions.

Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, OOH, Media, or Advertising Sales.

Strong B2B field sales and client acquisition experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Strong local market knowledge and client/networking base preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proven ability to independently generate and close business.
