Key Responsibilities :
* Develop new business opportunities in Sea and Air export/import segments
* Maintain and grow existing client relationships
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions
* Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure service excellence
* Fixup meetings with clients on daily basis and also have to go for client visit ( in person )
* Regularly update report on sales performance and activities with market trends
* Stay informed about industry trends , competitors and market conditions
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing , Logistics or related field
* 2-4 years proven sales experience in Logistics & freight forwarding ( Sea & Air exports / Imports )
* Strong existing client base and ability to bring in immediate business
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven , goal-oriented and able to work independently with strong sense of accountability
* willing to work on performance based incentive for initial two months of joining
* Should have own vehicle
