Key Responsibilities:
Handle inside sales for travel packages through calls and online platforms
Generate and convert leads into sales (B2B & B2C)
Actively follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Excellent negotiation and conversational abilities
Experience in hardcore sales / telecalling / inside sales
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of travel industry is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
