Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to initiate and generate sales through new clients and contribute towards building a strong revenue base for the company.
A D Infra is a Delhi-based real estate company specializing in residential flats. We focus on under-construction housing options in South Delhi. Our team is driven by performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make regular outbound calls to generate quality leads
Conduct site visits with clients at nearby properties (Chhattarpur)
Schedule meetings to understand client requirements
Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits and sales
Maintain records of calls, meetings, leads, and deal status in CRM/lead tracker
Achieve sales targets through consistent follow-ups and disciplined work approach
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (any industry)
Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
Comfortable with local travel for client meetings and site visits
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates currently based in Delhi/NCR
