As Sales & Marketing Coordinator for this company, have responsibilities included: Follow the prospective customers to seek orders and payment. Analysis the necessary documents for material dispatch clearance.(LC documents etc.) Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods. Daily work management and supervision for quality report, all pending report, MIS report . Prepare sales orders and create sales invoices through ERP/DATAMAN. Successfully work with team and seniors under pressure and coordinate numerous activities. Maintaining a daily report, collecting the orders, checking mails. Preparing of invoices and handling of logistics. Handling of logistics and coordinate with transporters. Maintain the inventory of all types of materials in Finished Goods. Preparing separate invoices for imported and domestically purchased material. Coordination between procurement and sells department and account department as well.

Vehicle management, arranging of Bus & multi utility vehicle for pickup & dropping of staff & worker to site. Coordinating with site staff for site requirements & effective transportation. Coordinating with Camp Boss for Housekeeping activities of camp, guesthouse & office block, floor maintenance, furniture maintenance, wash room maintenance, pest control activities etc. Management of sports & gym facility for staff & worker inside the camp. Provide uniforms to the employees as per company policy. Preparation and monitoring of administrative budget. Coordinating, organizing the Suggestion & Kaizen Scheme & Suggestion Meeting in every week and organizing Open House Programs. Policy formulation and Implementation. Conduct the meeting between staff & worker. Counseling of employees.
