As Sales & Marketing Coordinator for this company, have responsibilities included:

Follow the prospective customers to seek orders and payment.

Analysis the necessary documents for material dispatch clearance.(LC documents etc.)

Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods.

Daily work management and supervision for quality report, all pending report, MIS report .

Prepare sales orders and create sales invoices through ERP/DATAMAN.

Successfully work with team and seniors under pressure and coordinate numerous activities.

Maintaining a daily report, collecting the orders, checking mails.

Preparing of invoices and handling of logistics.

Handling of logistics and coordinate with transporters.

Maintain the inventory of all types of materials in Finished Goods.

Preparing separate invoices for imported and domestically purchased material.

Coordination between procurement and sells department and account department as well.

Experience : 1 - 5 Years

Education : Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree, Any Bachelor Degree
